Dealing with Bad Days
Here is a reminder when you just faced a seemingly bad day(s). We all have these days. I hope this helps you through.
If you could rate your day on a scale of 1-10, where would you rate it?
So far I have discovered that some days are fun. Some days are easy while some others feel tired and mentally drained. On some other days, you're motivated.
Still, there will be days you wake up with a big idea of what you want to do, while there are other days, maybe today. you just don't want to get off your bed.
Does this mean you are lazy, does this mean you do not have dreams?
Does this mean that you don't have the required skill sets to get the best of your day?
The truth is, it's perfectly okay to wake up feeling this way on such days. It's perfectly normal to feel tired, it's perfectly normal to feel exhausted, but don't let that weigh you down.
Don't let that cause you to become lazy or worse make being lazy a routine for you. Yes, there are days when you feel tired, that's a normal phenomenon.
FUN FACT: No one wakes up every day feeling pumped up and ready to face the day. No, you don't wake up that way every day.
There are days you wake up and you're demoralized, the days you wake up and you're weak and you can't even think things through.
On such days, it feels like you don't know what you're doing or where you're going with your life anymore. Those days are part of the journey.
Those days are part of the things that make you appreciate the days where you wake up stronger. Those days are part of the measures that you need to put you in a position for you to remember that you're human.
A lot of people get carried away with the idea of doing new stuff that they actually forget that they're humans. You feel supernatural because you wake up daily pumped and you're smashing goals, your social media platforms are buzzing and they are giving you big thumbs up, like, you're really doing good.
That shouldn't cause you to lose touch of the fact that you are still human. And as a human being, there are always going to be days when you would feel down. there are always going to be days when you have no motivation to get started with that particular day.
If you let those weak days define your career, your skillset, your achievement, that would demoralize you for a longer time. So what do you do instead?
Accept those days. Wake up on such days with joy in your heart that" I know am weak today but tomorrow I'll be strong. I'll come back stronger and better than I am today."
With that in mind, you can face every day, knowing fully well that tomorrow is definitely going to be better.
Tomorrow will be better; you can count on that.
How is your day going? Let’s talk about it
Best regards
